OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

TRAIN FOR A BETTER LIFE
At ClubQ, everything starts with the belief that training should enhance your life not detract from it.
It means helping you:
look better, move better and feel better.
We see these pillars as inseparable, and our training philosophy is built around achieving all three together.
To make this possible, each session follows a proven system, with the exact direction tailored to your individual goals and needs.
1. MOBILITY & MOVEMENT PREP
Every session starts by meeting you where you are.
We use targeted mobility and movement prep that's customised to address your unique imbalances, weaknesses, and goals.
Whether you need to loosen tight hips, stabilise your core, or simply wake up your body, we make sure this phase primes your muscles and joints for the work ahead.

2. PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH TRAINING
This is the primary focus of every session.
We use progressive overload to guide your strength training, ensuring every exercise is purposeful and moves you closer to what matters most to you.
This phase is the foundation of your physical transformation, focusing on smart, sustainable progress.
3. FINISHING TOUCHES
We wrap each session with purposeful finishes to help you end on a high note.
Those could be ab circuits, a satisfying pump, or a final conditioning.
These final exercises make sure you leave the gym feeling energised, confident, and proud of your effort every time.

OUR APPROACH
IS NEVER GUESSWORK
It's a carefully designed, personalised system grounded in both science and experience.
By bringing all the elements together, we help you achieve the look you want, while building a body that's strong, resilient, and moves well every day!

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Tom, 40s
"I was initially hesitant of PT’s as they’re usually uninterested and lack their own motivation. I’ve completely changed my relationship with food and drink (for the better, and not counting calories!), more in control and aware, and finding exercise hugely rewarding. His private gym is a huge bonus if you’re gym shy, couldn’t recommend more (and have successfully sent several friends his way)."
Julian, 30s
If you are considering personal training it’s a big commitment but if you engage with the Club Q process it can be transformative in a relatively short period of time and this place is worth every penny because they know their stuff and make the whole thing fun.
Nicola, 50s
We've been training at Club Q for several months now and can't recommend it highly enough! Unlike most gyms the space is light, airy and roomy and definitely not in a dark basement.
Holly, 30s
I used to waste so much time worrying about whether I should be doing cardio or strength and what exactly I should be doing. Now that’s all taken care of with a plan that’s easy to follow and progressive at a realistic pace.
