LOWER BODY FOUNDATIONS🦵

  • You'll learn to squat, lunge, deadlift, and hip thrust with safe, effective technique tailored to your body.

  • Each move is broken down simply, so you can focus on technique without feeling overwhelmed. 

UPPER BODY STRENGTH 💪

  • Learn simple progressions to help you work toward your first push-up and pull-up.

  • No matter where you start, you'll leave knowing exactly what steps to take next.

  • You'll learn how to work your core in all the right ways - not just crunches.

  • We'll cover movements that help you bend, twist, and stay steady, so your whole midsection gets stronger and more toned.

MEET YOUR COACH

Hey, I'm Alina - a certified personal trainer and former gym-anxiety girl. 

​I remember what it felt like to stand in the weights area not knowing what anything did, worried I'd do something wrong, and feeling like I didn't belong there. 

I created this workshop because it's exactly what I wish I had when I first started. Strength training changed my life - both mentally and physically - but getting there was confusing and intimidating.

 

I wanted to create the kind of welcoming, supportive space where women can learn, feel confident, and actually enjoy getting stronger. 

A PRIVATE SPACE, JUST FOR US 

We'll meet in ClubQ's studio in Fitzrovia - a bright, welcoming pace designed specifically to feel calm, comfortable, and completely private.

No busy gym floor. No waiting for equipment. No awkward onlookers.

Its's just the six of us, with full access to the space - which means no distractions and plenty of time for questions, practice, and personal support.
