A FAMILY BUSINESS
ClubQ is a family business run by husband-and-wife team, Harry and Alina.
Every client works directly with us - no big gym chain, just a small, personal coaching business that truly cares.
At ClubQ, one of our greatest strengths is our commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration. We both firmly believe in a science-based approach and continually expand our knowledge through the latest research, courses, and new qualifications.
Working closely together, we offer an experience that's both deeply personal and expertly informed - so every client receives the highest level of support and care.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Tom, 40s
"I was initially hesitant of PT’s as they’re usually uninterested and lack their own motivation. I’ve completely changed my relationship with food and drink (for the better, and not counting calories!), more in control and aware, and finding exercise hugely rewarding. His private gym is a huge bonus if you’re gym shy, couldn’t recommend more (and have successfully sent several friends his way)."
Julian, 30s
If you are considering personal training it’s a big commitment but if you engage with the Club Q process it can be transformative in a relatively short period of time and this place is worth every penny because they know their stuff and make the whole thing fun.
Nicola, 50s
We've been training at Club Q for several months now and can't recommend it highly enough! Unlike most gyms the space is light, airy and roomy and definitely not in a dark basement.
Holly, 30s
I used to waste so much time worrying about whether I should be doing cardio or strength and what exactly I should be doing. Now that’s all taken care of with a plan that’s easy to follow and progressive at a realistic pace.
