In 2025, Business Insider featured one of our clients - a director in the hospitality industry who spends two to three weeks abroad every month- and how we helped him lose 17 pounds without putting his life in hold.

"Having a high-performing job, one can't dedicate one's whole life to the gym. So it was important to me that he was also able to maintain good energy levels throughout the day." - Harry Cox

How to Lose and Burn Body Fat the Smart Way

Alina featured as one of three expert voices in GQ's deep dive on fat loss - reframing fat as fuel rather than the enemy, and explaining why generic calorie rules don't hold up in real-world body composition.

"The issue with assigning a generic calorie number to every person and body type, Alina Cox says, is that how much fat we actually lose is impacted by a whole range of factors from body composition to initial reductions in glycogen, fluids, and even proteins which may move the scales, but don't actually amount to fat lost."

25 Nutrition Facts You Need to Know in 2026

Harry was one of several experts and GQ editors contributing to a wide-ranging piece on the nutrition trends that matter in 2026. His section focused on GLP-1 weight loss drugs - arguing that protecting lean mass through strength training, high protein intake, and avoiding extreme deficits is non-negotiable if you're on them.

"Most weight-loss programmes - backed by GLP-1s or 'natural' - involve the loss of muscle mass, usually with up to 40 per cent of total weight loss coming from muscle." - Harry Cox

Harry explained why prolonged sitting causes muscles to stiffen and shared five of his go-to stretches for a full-body loosen up - designed to be done as a complete programme or picked individually based on where you're feeling tight.

"When our muscles are held in certain positions for a long period of time, our body gets used to these positions and the muscles can stiffen." - Harry Cox

Forget Jabs - Sleep, Diet and Exercise Will Boost Testosterone Levels Naturally

Harry shared his approach to improving testosterone naturally for men at all stages of life - covering training, sleep, body composition, and why not eating enough is one of the worst things you can do for hormone production.

"My Mount Rushmore for improving testosterone levels would be: regular exercise, eight hours of high quality sleep per night, maintaining a healthy bodyweight, and managing your stress. If you aren't doing at least three of these, I'd consider taking them a bit more seriously" - Harry Cox

How to Get Rid of Love Handles, for Good

Harry broke down the science behind spot reduction - why it's largely been debunked, what new research is starting to suggest, and why overall body fat matters more than where the fat sits.

"For a long time, it's been generally accepted that spot reduction doesn't exist, however there's been new research challenging this notion."  - Harry Cox

Should I Work Out in Ketosis? The Pros and Cons

Alina was the lead expert voice in GQ's investigation into ketosis and exercise - explaining how the body switches to burning fat for fuel, why the keto diet is harder to stick to than simple calorie counting, and why she doesn't recommend it for most people

"Even from a weight loss perspective, I can't really recommend it: it's usually not sustainable, and most people end up regaining most of the weight when stopping." - Alina Cox
